​ My Name is Mr Roe, and I am excited to serve as Chaplain and AP Computer Science Principals teacher at OCSI. This is my 6 year here in OCSI. I grew up in America in the state of Missouri, but for the last 14 years I have lived in Japan (Sapporo, Tokyo).  I enjoy spending time with my family, running marathons, and studying Japanese. I received a bachelors of science degree in Computer Science from Columbia College and a Master’s degree in Pastoral Counseling from Liberty University.  Before I moved to Okinawa I did campus outreach at Hokkusei University and pastored a small Japanese church in Sapporo.
